RATIFICATION VOTE ON THE PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE 2012-2015 CTA WILL BEGIN JUNE 5, 2012

As bargaining for the 2012 - 2015 Canadian Theatre Agreement
(CTA) successfully concluded, Equity members will begin voting on the proposed changes beginning June 5, 2012.

RATIFICATION SCHEDULE
- Thursday, May 31, 2012 - CTA Ratification voting kit including detailed voting instructions mailed out to eligible Equity members
- Tuesday, June 5, 2012 - Voting by telephone and Internet begins at 9:00 a.m. ET
- Friday, June 8, 2012 - Members should contact Voter HelpLine (1-800-387-1856) if ratification voting kit not received by mail
- Thursday, June 14, 2012 - Last day to be enumerated for ratification vote
- Thursday June 21, 2012 - Last day to vote. Voting closes at 5:00 p.m. PT
- Friday, June 22, 2012 - CTA ratification results announced on EQUITYONLINE and by e-drive EQUIFLASH
