Master Class with Judith Koltia -Embodied Practice - (4 days) Intended
for actors and dancers.  Equity is a key sponsor of this workshop as
part of the Association's professional development mandate. Thanks to

Participants will explore Judith's unique work of syntonics and
authentic movement. 
Syntonics is a series of small, precise, repeated actions, which invite
a new vocabulary and a special kind of attentiveness to sensory and
kinaesthetic sensation. These actions free the body of habituated
patterns and restore the musculature to a free state which results in a
more expressive and responsive instrument.   

Authentic Movement is a body-based discipline, a physical practice.
Under the guidance of an instructor, participants explore the
possibilities of physical expression while being witnessed by an
individual or group.  A safe and supportive environment is fostered. Its
potential is to bring to consciousness previously hidden elements of
unique personal, spiritual and creative aspects of being through the
tangible experience of the body.
