EQUITY COUNCIL ELECTION - HAVE YOU RECEIVED YOUR VOTING INSTRUCTIONS & PIN?

Regular and Life members, in good standing and resident in an electoral region listed below are eligible to vote in Equity's Council elections for the 2012-2015 term.

Elections are taking place in those constituencies where the slate of candidates is sufficient to require it: 
> British Columbia and the Yukon 
> Ontario 
> Eastern Ontario and Outaouais 
> Quebec. 
Nominated candidates in all other regions have been acclaimed. 

Any eligible voter who has not yet received an election ballot, or who has a question regarding voting, is encouraged to contact  election voter assistance at communications at caea.com. Or contact the Voter HelpLine at 1-800-387-1856 (416-867-9165 in Toronto) for assistance. The HelpLine is staffed 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET weekdays. 

Voting will close Wednesday, October 31. Only those votes cast prior to 5:00 p.m. PT on October 31 will be counted. The election results will be announced on e-drive and on EQUITYONLINE (http://www.caea.com <http://www.caea.com/> ) on Thursday, November 1.
