2012-2015 SSF ADDENDUM TO THE CTA IS NOW UP FOR RATIFICATION BY EQUITY
MEMBERSHIP

The proposed amendments to the Stratford Shakespeare Festival (SSF)
Addendum to the 2012-2015 Canadian Theatre Agreement (CTA) are now
subject to ratification by the affected Equity membership.
 
Equity members in good standing, who worked under the SSF Addendum to
the CTA during the 2009-2012 term are eligible to vote on the
ratification of the proposed changes to the 2012-2015 Addendum. 
 
The SSF Addendum ratification vote will take place by MAIL ONLY. A
ratification package including a paper ballot, and postage-paid return
envelope has now been mailed to eligible voters.

Any eligible voter who does not receive a ratification package by
November 8, 2012 should email Equity at communications at caea.com or call
the National Office at 1-800-387-1856 (416-867-9165 in Toronto).

Equity members are advised to mail their SSF ratification ballot by
November 20, 2012 in order to ensure that their ballot is received in
time to be counted. Only ballots received in Equity's National Office
prior to 5:00 p.m. EST on November 29, 2012 will be counted.

Results will be announced as soon as possible after the ballot count on
November 30, 2012.
            
Pending a successful ratification, the SSF Addendum's terms will come
into effect December 1, 2012.
