EQUITY BYLAW UPDATE

At its meeting of October 27-28, 2013, Council made the following change
to the bylaws:

Article 130.1 (new): this new article changes how Council reports
elections results. Going forward, complete vote counts will be published
for all races and candidates. Previously, individual vote counts were
only released directly to a candidate, if requested.

Equity's Council encourages all members to be familiar with the bylaws
that govern our Association. Notice of bylaw changes are circulated
electronically to all members for whom we have an email address on file,
and posted on Equity's website (EQUITYONLINE). Additionally, printed
notice is sent out with the next available dues mailing.

Electronic copies of the current bylaws are available in the Document
Library section of EQUITYONLINE (Link:

Bylaws.pdf), and in printed format upon request to either Association
office.
