Objectives:
1. To teach student-actors how to interpret the Italian mask-characters
truthfully and boldly, expanding their vocal, physical and imaginative
range / sense of self
2.  To perform in the masks, allowing audiences to recognize the
traditional Italian characters as both deeply human and strangely
familiar
3.  To illuminate the study and playing of Shakespeare by providing
students with a first-hand experience of the archetypal Italian
Characters with so influenced his art.

Writer and Puppeteer and has reaped the benefits of improvisation. Bruce
taught Improvisation for over 26 years at Second City.
