A somatic and experiential approach ensures body-mind connection, personal excavatio and emotional revelation. Participants will acquire body memory of pathways to what is essential; essentially in need of expression. Individual exploration will allow people to work at their own level and pace.  This class will provide tools to working with embodied language in any context.
