We are looking for a Stage Manager that has worked in Theatre,
Theatre-Dance, and Dance.

Additional information:
Modern Times Stage Company is looking for a Stage Manager for our
production of "Forgiveness". The piece is theatre-dance as we have 3
dancers working in collaboration with two actors.

The dates of the rehearsals are:

January 10-February 10

Dates of the Production are:

February 10 - March 2nd

There is a prep week before the production. The production of
"Forgiveness" is lighting and sound heavy.

Artistic Philosophy-

Modern Times is attracted to plays of mythic inspiration. Themes of
loneliness, the mystery of existence, the search for happiness and
truth, and the conflict between fate and will are often at the centre of
these works. Most of these plays are deeply political too, but their
political aspects are always historical.

The productions are usually placeless and timeless: design
elements--regardless of their cultural origin--are ultimately more like
archetypes. Archetypes transcend cultural and political borders, and
this is what the company strives for in its work: to move away from
ideology towards a human vocabulary that speaks across civilizations.

Equity members hired will be engaged under an Equity form of contract.
