Electric Company Theatre is presenting a new multi-platform work, YOU ARE VERY STAR, at the H.R. MacMillan Space Centre from June 12 - 30, 2013. Contract dates are May 13 - June 30, 2013.

Roles to be cast:

ESTHER: age range 22-30.  Feisty, bohemian young woman.  African-Canadian.  A  student, but is tapped into the local art scene.  A fan of the artist Ray Johnson.  Her parents are divorced; she lives with an uncle and aunt in Hogan's Alley, Vancouver.

FRANK: age range 22-30.  Open ethnicity.  In his third class with the Professor.  Always trying to make a connection with him. On his way to becoming one of those "eternal students." A bit of class clown, Frank also fashions himself a ladies man, but truly, has limited experience. 

Auditions will be held in Vancouver on Friday, March 22, 2013.
