Ethno-cultural mandate or ethno-cultural casting statement: Blyth Festival practices ethno-cultural, gender and age diverse casting.

Additional information:
Blyth Festival invites submissions of headshots and resumes from actors/performers of various ages and diversities. In particular we are looking for actors 20 to 35 who can also sing (country, blues, folk) and play instruments (piano, guitar, fiddle, banjo, percussion); or singer/ instrumentalists who can act (especially women). This audition is part of the ASTRO Auditions in Toronto, NOV. 14 and 15, 2013. Blyth Festival is a PACT member theatre and gives priority to members and apprentices of CAEA.  We rehearse and produce 4 shows in rep June 2 - Aug 30, 2014, dates TBC.
