Equity's 2014-2015 National Annual General Meeting will be held in
Toronto, Ontario.

Date: Monday, February 23, 2015
Time: 6:30-8:00 p.m. (doors open at 6:00 p.m.)
Venue: Gladstone Hotel
Address: 1214 Queen St W, Toronto, ON
** Refreshments will be served following the meeting. **

All Equity members in good standing are encouraged to attend. The NAGM
will be divided into two segments. The first portion will take care of
necessary business items and be kept as concise as possible. It will
include:

* Reports from the President and Executive Director, with updates on
current initiatives

* Receipt of the audited financial statements and appointment of the
auditor for the coming year

* Member resolutions* (for information please contact President Allan
Teichman at president at caea.com or by mail to Equity's National Office.)
Plans for the second half of the evening will be announced in January
2015.
