ACTOR AUDITIONS
Hercules

The Canadian Opera Company is looking for a male actor for its production of the opera Hercules by Handel.

The role is that of a Marine in Desert Storm.  The actor should be representative of a soldier, and therefore be masculine, commanding, and expressive physically.  They should have a good memory and be comfortable with concentrated, controlled and repetitive movements.  The role involves great concentration but there is no dialogue.  We encourage all ethnicities to apply.

The actor will need to be available to begin on March 16, 2014.

The individuals cast in this production will be engaged on an Equity contract under the terms of the Canadian Opera Agreement.  Equity members will be seen before non-members.
