General Responsibilities of the Executive Director:
Reporting to and under the direction of the Board of Directors, the Executive Director is the administrative officer of the Quebec Drama Federation. QDF is a member-driven organization, and the ED will work in close collaboration with the Board to support the diverse needs of the membership. S/he is responsible for securing necessary funding, overseeing day-to-day operations, representing QDF as required by the Board of Directors, and nurturing relationships with all sectors of the QDF membership: Professional and Independent theatre companies, individual artists (established and emerging), educational institutions, and community organizations.
