FINAL UPDATE: MEDICAL INSURANCE RECEIPT CALCULATIONS

Equity Members have recently been informed of a calculation error on the
2013 medical insurance premiums. Equity has provided outreach via
eDrive, personal emails, and finally, letters to each member indicating
how they were affected.

These letters have now been mailed. Please check your mail in the next
few days for important information regarding your medical insurance
receipt.
