EQUITY SERVICE ENHANCEMENTS IN 2014

Equity has commenced development of a number of service enhancements for
Equity members. Very soon, you will see some of these enhancements in
place - beginning with in-demand features such as paying dues online. 

PAY YOUR DUES ONLINE: Starting on July 1st, 2014, Equity members will be
able to pay basic dues online with just a few mouse clicks. Details will
be provided in the next few weeks.

NEW MEMBERS-ONLY SERVICES: Due to member demand, some improvements to
the 'Members Only' section of EQUITYONLINE have already begun. Equity
members can now update agent information online, among other personal
information features including adding a GST/HST number to facilitate
pre-payments. Log in today (http://bit.ly/Qjm1Zz) to ensure that Equity
has your up-to-date information!

WEBSITE REDESIGN PROJECT: Equity is planning a major overhaul of
EQUITYONLINE (www.caea.com). The work will commence this year. However,
before any work is done, Equity will consult with members to gain
valuable input on how to make the new EQUITYONLINE as user-friendly as
possible. Watch for a web-based survey asking for member input this
summer.

ONLINE-ONLY DEPUTY PACKS: Equity is currently developing a new,
streamlined process for deputy packs. As of June 30th, the new deputy
packs will be online-only, and election and release forms will now be
emailed into Equity.

More details on all of these enhancements will be available soon. Stay
