Members of Equity and ACTRA Toronto were on hand today at Queen's Park for the Second Reading of Bill 17 - Protecting Child Performers Act, 2014. This Private Member Bill, introduced by NDP MPP Paul Miller (Hamilton East-Stoney Creek), passed Second Reading and was referred to the Social Services Committee for review.

Ontario members: Please ask your MPP to support Bill 17. We need to finish the work we began last year to protect all child performers in Ontario.
