Additional information: 
Theatreworks Productions will be presenting the world premier of Ned
Dickens new play "Paulo and Daphne" this coming November. 
Loosely based on stories from Ovid's epic Metamorphoses, the play is a
story of atonement, breaking the ties that bind and transformation.
We are seeking 1 female and 1 male actor. Please see breakdown below:

Illyria: Late 30s early 40s. Strong but weary. Passionate but wary. Her
dark hair is loose in a thundercloud of curls. Her light summer dress is
wrinkled and worn but classic in its cut.

Paulo: Mid to late 40s. Handsome and well built but fading, somewhat
dissipated. Possibly blonde in a northern Italian way. He dresses with
casual flair. 

Only those chosen to audition will be contacted. We thank everyone for

Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity
members cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of
contract. CAEA members: please bring your membership card to the
audition.
