Background
Kaleidoscope Theatre is a charitable, not-for-profit organization
established in 1974.  Its mission is to create original, innovative and
relevant theatre experiences that stimulate and inspire young people to
think critically about the world around them, and to engage in constructive
and creative self-expression.

General Description
The GM is responsible for the operation of the theatre and reports to the
Board of Directors. The GM collaborates closely with the Artistic Director
to meet the vision and mandate of the theatre.

The GM must build and maintain community awareness about the theatre and its
mission, and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.  The GM
also serves as the primary liaison with local funding agencies, sponsors,
and local, provincial and national Arts-supporting organizations.
