Ethno-cultural mandate or ethno-cultural casting statement: St Lawrence
Shakespeare encourages submissions from actors of all cultural backgrounds.

Additional information:
We are an outdoor repertory company that employs one company of actors for
two Shakespeare productions. Candidates selected for an audition will be
notified no later than Jan 11 and will be asked to prepare one short
Shakespearean monologue.  Artists who auditioned last season and/or whose
work is familiar to Artistic Director Rona Waddington are encouraged to send
a letter of interest but may not be required to audition. Please mention any
special skills in your cover letter, including if you sing, play a musical
instrument, have stage combat, puppetry and/or movement experience. We do
not use microphones so great diction and vocal projection is important.

Rehearsals begin June 14, 2016 and the opening performance is July 16, 2016.

cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of contract.
