2014-2017 BANFF CENTRE AGREEMENT NOW UP FOR RATIFICATION

The proposed changes to the newly-negotiated Banff Centre Agreement are now subject to ratification by the affected Equity membership.

Ratification packages, including a ratification ballot and a copy of the proposed changes to the Agreement, together with an explanatory letter, have now been mailed to Regular and Life Equity members in good standing who worked under the Banff Centre Agreement between April 1, 2010 and December 2014.

Any eligible voter who does not receive a ballot by Monday, January 19, 2015 is encouraged to contact Equity's National Office for assistance.

This ratification will be conducted by MAIL ONLY. Ballots should be posted no later than Tuesday, February 3, 2015 to ensure timely delivery. Only those ballots received in Equity's National Office prior to 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 12, 2015 will be counted.

The results of the ratification will be announced on e-drive and on Equity's website at www.caea.com on Friday, February 13, 2015. Pending a successful ratification, the 2014-2017 Banff Centre Agreement will come into effect March 1, 2015.
