ITA REVIEW AND REVISION CONSULTATION

In order to bring the ITA more into concordance with the Canadian Theatre
Agreement (CTA), Equity has announced that the new 2015-2018 ITA will
include several basic material changes. Please see
http://www.caea.com/EquityWeb/NewsAndEvents/News/2015/ITANotice.pdf for
details.

Equity members are encouraged to contribute to this review and revision to
the ITA. The Association is particularly interested in members’ opinions on
the following topics:

1. Promotion and publicity - how to better promote the Artists in a
production.
2. Creation models - how to better accommodate the creation of new work.

Note: fees for the 2015-2018 ITA are not under revision. Fees and all
monetary amounts for the term of the Agreement are now available in a
revised fee booklet for the 2015-2018 ITA online at www.caea.com.
Suggestions must be submitted to agreements at caea.com no later than
September 1, 2015.
