2015-2018 CTA RATIFICATION - ARE YOU IN GOOD STANDING?

This is a reminder that members must be in good standing by THURSDAY, JUNE 11, 2015 in order to be eligible to vote in the 2015-2018 Canadian Theatre Agreement (CTA) Ratification. Please see the link to the previous EQUIFLASH below for full details including voting eligibility. Payments may be made online up until midnight on Thursday, June 11.

The proposed amendments to the 2015-2018 CTA are now subject to ratification by the affected Equity membership. A 2015-2018 CTA Ratification voting kit including a voter instruction letter, a copy of the proposed material changes to the CTA, a fee booklet identifying proposed fees for 2015-2018 and an explanatory letter was mailed to eligible Equity members.

Voting for the 2015-2018 CTA Ratification will be by electronic methods only. Telephone and Internet voting opened on Monday, June 1 at 9:00 a.m. ET and will close Thursday, June 18. Only those votes cast prior to 5:00 p.m. PT on Thursday, June 18 will be counted. The results of the CTA Ratification will be announced on e-drive and on EQUITYONLINE (http://www.caea.com) on Friday, June 19, 2015.
