Time is running out...cast your vote today!

This is a FINAL REMINDER to Equity members who are eligible to vote in the 2015-2018 CTA ratification (open June 1 to June 18). If you have already voted, or are not eligible to vote in the 2015-2018 CTA ratification, please disregard this email.

A CTA ratification voting kit including a voter instruction letter, a copy of the proposed material changes to the CTA, a fee booklet identifying proposed fees for 2015-2018 and an explanatory letter was mailed to eligible Equity members.

IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A BALLOT AND VOTING KIT: please contact Equity's National Office either by email (communications at caea.com) or by phone (1-800-387-1856 or 416-867-9165 in Toronto) for assistance AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. For member verification, please provide your member number when contacting Equity.

Voting for the 2015-2018 CTA will be by electronic methods only. Telephone and Internet voting opened on Monday, June 1 at 9:00 a.m. ET and closes this Thursday, June 18. Only those votes cast prior to 5:00 p.m. PT (8:00 p.m. ET) on June 18 will be counted. The results of the CTA ratification will be announced on e-drive and on EQUITYONLINE (http://www.caea.com) on Friday, June 19, 2015.
