Additional information: 
SkirtsAfire HerArts Festival is a multi-disciplinary Arts Festival that
features the work of women in theatre, music, dance, comedy, visual art
and spoken word. The 4 day Festival coincides with International Women's
Day in early March. In 2015, SkirtsAfire also produced a 10 day run of a
new play written by a local playwright as a lead up to the Festival.

The Festival Manager will work closely with the Festival Director in
producing this growing Festival and will be responsible for
administration, marketing, audience and fund development. They will also
be responsible for managing venues, artists and front of house including
supervision of the Box Office Manager, Volunteer Coordinator and
Concession Manager for the Festival.

This part time contract position averages about 20 hours per week
(flexible hours) with extended hours during the Festival. Candidates
should be passionate about the Festival and ideally have experience in
Arts Administration and Event Management.
