Additional information:
The Thousand Islands Playhouse is located in Gananoque, ON. Our 2016 season
runs from May until October, and includes 10 productions.

There are four Apprentice SM positions at the Playhouse this year.

The Apprentice Stage Manager will work closely with the Stage Manager and
sometimes Assistant Stage Manager for rehearsals and the subsequent running
of a production.

The Apprentice SM must have training and experience with tasks associated
with stage management: including industry-related paperwork such as contact
lists, costume and props tracking, schedules, notes, costume maintenance/
laundering and communication with the production team as a whole with
respect to rehearsal and show running requirements.

Qualifications:
-  Completion of post-secondary training in technical theatre production
with a focus on stage management.
-  At least one CAEA apprentice credit is preferred.
