The Taming of the Shrew, directed by D. Jeremy Smith as part of its 2016
season of The Bard’s Bus Tour.

1. Katherina (F, 25-30)
2. Bianca (F, 18-25)
3. Baptista (M/F, 50+)
4. Petruchio (M, 30-35)
5. Lucentio (F, 20-25)
6. Tranio (M, 20-30)
7. Hotensio (M, 25-30)

As a company dedicated to exploring classic theatre through text-based,
physical theatre and vocal A Cappella forms of presentation, Driftwood is
looking for actors who possess strong text, movement and singing skills.

Artists who submitted for the recent Ontario Summer Theatre (OST) General
Auditions need not re-apply.

Both CAEA members and non-CAEA members will be considered. Electronic
submissions only. Only those selected for an audition will be contacted.

Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity members
cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of contract.
