2015-2018 STRATFORD FESTIVAL ADDENDUM TO THE CTA UP FOR RATIFICATION

Equity is pleased to report the successful conclusion of negotiations with
the Stratford Festival for a renewed three-year Stratford Festival Addendum
to the Canadian Theatre Agreement (CTA). The proposed amendments to the
2015-2018 Stratford Festival Addendum to the CTA are now subject to
ratification by the affected Equity membership.

Regular, Regular - Extended Visa, and Life members of Equity, in good
standing and who worked under 2012-2015 Stratford Festival Addendum to the
CTA are eligible to vote on the proposed changes. The ratification vote will
take place by MAIL ONLY. A ratification package including a paper ballot,
and postage-paid return envelope has now been mailed to eligible voters.

Proposed financial increases for the 2015-2018 Stratford Addendum are 1.5%
in year 1; 2% in year 2; and 2% in year 3. All other monetary amounts fixed
for the term of the Addendum increase by 5.5% immediately. The ratification
voting package includes detailed explanations regarding the negotiated
amendments. We encourage members to read this document thoroughly. It is
available for download or review in the Members Only zone of www.caea.com.

Equity members are advised to mail their ratification ballot by Monday,
December 21, 2015 in order to ensure that it is received in time to be
counted. Only ballots received in Equity's National Office prior to 5:00
p.m. EST on January 12, 2016 will be counted. The 2015-2018 Stratford
Addendum to the CTA will take effect upon a successful ratification.

Any eligible voter who does not receive a ratification package by Tuesday,
December 8, 2015 should email Equity at communications at caea.com or call the
National Office at 1-800-387-1856 (416-867-9165 in Toronto).
