Smile Theatre welcomes applications from people of all cultural backgrounds.

Additional information:
Smile Theatre is looking for a replacement touring Stage Manager for their
first production of the season, Newfoundland Mary.

Newfoundland Mary follows the evolving relationship between two people from
very different worlds as they discover the importance of music in surviving
life’s challenges, the value of friendship during times of uncertainty, and
the possibility of love at a mature age. This musical is a love story that
features an original score of Cuban music, Newfoundland jigs and
heart-warming ballads.

This tour operates under a TYA contract, and tours to old-age homes,
retirement centres, Long Term Care centres and hospitals. The successful
candidate will be taking over the touring portion of the production from our
current stage manager. The dates below include a one-week overlap.

The dates for the contract are:
Monday October 19th - Saturday November 14th (4 weeks)

The ideal candidate will have TYA touring experience, and a class G drivers
license.
