Additional information:
Toronto, Mississippi is the first full-length play by Joan MacLeod. It
centers on an unconventional Canadian family - King, Maddie, Jhana, and
Bill. All performances will be at The Box Toronto in Oct/Nov 2016.

We are seeking the following:
KING – male, 40-50
An Elvis impersonator, Jhana's father.

MADDIE – female, 40-50
A high school English teacher, Jhana’s mother.

AUDITIONS will be held on Wednesday, August 24th, from 3-8 p.m.
CALL BACKS will be held on Friday, August 26th, from 7-10 p.m.

Requirement: 1 monologue (2 minutes max) - contemporary, dramatic or
comedic.

DEADLINE TO SUBMIT: Monday, August 22nd, 2016 at 5 p.m.
Early submissions are encouraged.

Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity members
cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of contract.
