2015-2018 STRATFORD FESTIVAL ADDENDUM RATIFIED BY MEMBERSHIP

Recently negotiated changes to the 2015-2018 Stratford Festival Addendum to
the Canadian Theatre Agreement were ratified by the eligible Equity
membership in a mail-only vote which concluded on January 12, 2016.

Members voted 100% in support of the proposed changes.

The voting return rate was 25.7%. A total of 276 voters were eligible to
vote and 71 Equity members cast a ballot.

The ratified 2015-2018 Stratford Festival Addendum includes financial
increases of 1.5% in the first year, 2% in the second year and 2% in the
third year of the Agreement. All other monetary amounts fixed for the term
of the Addendum increase by 5.5% upon ratification. The fee and monetary
amount increases as well as material changes take effect immediately. The
2015-2018 Stratford Festival Addendum will remain in force until November
30, 2018.

Electronic copies of the 2015-2018 Stratford Festival Addendum will be
available on EQUITYONLINE (http://www.caea.com) and in hard copy as soon as
updating and printing allows. A copy of the negotiated material changes and
fee booklet will remain online at EQUITYONLINE (http://www.caea.com) until
the updated Agreement is released.
