REMINDER: EQUITY'S NATIONAL ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (NAGM) & HONOURS
PRESENTATIONS 2015-2016

Equity's 2015-2016 National Annual General Meeting and Honours Presentations
will be held in Toronto.
Date: Monday, February 22, 2016
Time: 5:30-7:00 p.m. / 7:00-11:00 p.m. (Doors open at 5:15 p.m.)
Venue: Daniels Spectrum

Equity members in good standing are encouraged to attend the NAGM and join
Council in celebrating this year's honourees. Refreshments will be served.

The NAGM (5:30-7:00 p.m.) will include:
• Reports from the President and Executive Director, with updates on current
initiatives. These reports will be recorded and available to all members on
Equity's website at a later date.
• Receipt of the audited financial statements and appointment of the auditor
for the coming year
• Reports on Council committee activities
• Member resolutions, if any*

Following the NAGM, Equity members are cordially invited to join Equity
colleagues and friends to congratulate recipients of this year’s Honours
Awards.
Equity's Honours presentation: 7:00-11:00 p.m.
Awards will be presented to:
