Founded by George Randolph in 1992, the Randolph Academy is a not-for-profit
educational institution providing world-class performing arts training to
aspiring artists.

The Randolph Academy seeks an Artistic Director with professional experience
as a performer/director and in education and arts administration. This role
is best suited for an organized self-starter with strong communication and
leadership skills, with experience as a performer or director in
theatre/music theatre/dance as well as having an academic background in
higher education. The candidate should have management and human resource
skills and be someone who enjoys interacting with both artists-in-training
and professional artists, and who has an ability to translate a broad
artistic vision into achievable targets.

The Artistic Director works closely with the President and Founder of the
school to advance the artistic planning and curriculum delivery of the
Private Career College curriculum, including producing a yearly season of
plays and musicals, and advising the Randolph Kids Program. She/he is
responsible for liaising with faculty and managing the administrative staff
to ensure programming deliverables are met, on schedule and on budget. In
addition, the role is responsible for planning and evaluating funding
opportunities and partners within the artistic and higher education
communities.
