menacing. Looking for a strong mover. There will be a movement component to
this audition.
Hidden is a site-specific, promenade Halloween horror show taking place in
the UBC Botanical Gardens. The actors will be required to be outside for the
duration of rehearsals and the run. All applicants need to be comfortable
being in the woods, at night, in the dark, in the fall, in the rain. Please
do not apply if you’re not up for the challenge of an outdoor production.
This is for the adventurous at heart! Having said that, we will be providing
some respite from the savage outdoors (greenroom with heat, showers,
washrooms, kitchen). Performers will be required to interact with the
audience, some audience movement and improvisation will be required.
This production is only able to consider artists who will be in Vancouver
during the production period.
We are using the CAEA Indie 2.1 agreement.
Please send headshot, resume and cover letter to co-director Chelsea
Haberlin at info at itsazoo.org by Wednesday, August 3.
Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity members
cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of contract.
CAEA members: please bring your membership card to the audition.
