2016-2019 NATIONAL BALLET OF CANADA AGREEMENT RATIFIED BY MEMBERSHIP

Recently negotiated changes to the 2016-2019 National Ballet of Canada
Agreement (NBCA) were ratified by the eligible Equity membership in a
mail-only vote which concluded on July 28, 2016.

Members voted 100% in support of the proposed changes.

The voting return rate was 60%. A total of 90 voters were eligible to vote
and 54 Equity members cast a ballot.

The ratified 2016-2019 NBCA includes financial increases of 2% in each year
of the NBCA. All other monetary amounts fixed for the term of the Agreement
increase by 6% immediately. The 2016-2019 NBCA takes effect immediately and
the terms of the new Agreement is retroactive to July, 1, 2016.

Electronic copies of the 2016-2019 NBCA will be available on EQUITYONLINE
(http://www.caea.com) and in hard copy as soon as updating and printing
allows. A copy of the ratification document will remain online at
EQUITYONLINE (http://www.caea.com) until the updated Agreement is released.
