2015-2018 NAC SPECIAL EVENTS AGREEMENT RATIFIED BY MEMBERSHIP

Recently negotiated changes to the 2015-2018 National Arts Centre Special
Events Agreement (NACSEA) were ratified by the eligible Equity membership in
a mail-only vote which concluded on June 1, 2016.

Members voted 100% in support of the proposed changes. The voting return
rate was 30.0%.

The ratified 2015-2018 NACSEA financial increases for the 2015-2018 NACSEA
are one (1%) percent in each year of the Agreement. All other monetary
amounts fixed for the term of the Addendum increase by three (3%) percent
retroactively as of September 1, 2015.

Electronic copies of the 2015-2018 NACSEA will be available on EQUITYONLINE
(http://www.caea.com) and in hard copy as soon as updating and printing
allows. A copy of the negotiated material and monetary changes will remain
online at EQUITYONLINE (http://www.caea.com) until the updated Agreement is
released.
