Additional information:
Vancouver Opera is looking for physical performers with experience or
interest in puppetry – actors, puppeteers, clowns, circus people, dancers,
acrobats, all welcome – to operate puppets of various kinds in the Vancouver
Opera production of Hansel & Gretel, designed by the Old Trout Puppet
Workshop.  Please prepare a short piece (a minute or two) demonstrating
ability to bring life to an object of some kind — could be a traditional
puppet, but if you haven’t got one of those handy, it could also be a chair
or a log or a fork or whatever else inspires you.

Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity members
cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of contract.
