The Meisner Technique is a series of participatory exercises designed for
the actor to practice living truthfully under imaginary circumstances.  One
of the foremost acting techniques taught today, Ms. Jones is a current
instructor at The Neighborhood Playhouse in Manhattan (Home of the
Technique), and teaches according to its guidelines. Students will practice
the repetition exercise, and the activity and the application to text.
Advanced students will apply preparation and impediment.
