Equity members please note: in January 2016, ACE Limited acquired the
Chubb Corporation. The insurance company now operates under the Chubb
name.

Members should experience no substantive change to Equity's insurance
policies or claims process resulting from the change of ownership.

The Chubb name will now appear on all of Equity's insurance materials and
forms.

Please direct any questions or comments regarding this ownership change to
