EQUITY BYLAW UPDATES - SEPTEMBER 2016

Equity's Council encourages all members to be familiar with the rules that
govern membership in our Association. Electronic copies of the current
bylaws are always posted for review or download in the "Document Library"
section of EQUITYONLINE (www.caea.com), and are available in print format
upon request to the Association.

At the Council meeting of September 26, 2016 the following bylaw change
was made:

Article 147, a new article adding "no waiver" language, a common legal
provision relating to the application of bylaws. A no waiver clause will
ensure that if a bylaw provision is not enforced, whether intentionally or
through oversight, it does not constitute a waiver of that same bylaw.
