according the Canadian Theatre Agreement (CTA), annually presenting a
subscription season of six productions. Audition priority will be given to
artists whose work is unfamiliar to the artistic director. GCTC promotes an
environment of equity, inclusion and diversity. Artists from
under-represented communities are encouraged to apply for a general audition
time.

Additional information:
The Great Canadian Theatre Company (GCTC) will hold general auditions in
Ottawa on November 24 and 25, 2016. GCTC operates according the Canadian
Theatre Agreement (CTA), annually presenting a subscription season of six
productions. Audition priority will be given to artists whose work is
unfamiliar to the artistic director. GCTC promotes an environment of equity,
inclusion and diversity. Artists from under-represented communities are
encouraged to apply for a general audition time.

Deadline for submissions: November 4, 2016 (hard copy submissions must be
postmarked no later than November 4)

Please send electronically, if possible, packaging photos and resume as a
single document. Please title all materials using your surname (ie,
Smith.photo)

Successful applicants will be contacted no later than November 11 with a
scheduled audition time. Please do not contact the theatre to confirm
receipt of your material.
