Additional information:
Festival Antigonish (professional summer theatre) and Theatre Antigonish
(community theatre) seek an Office and Marketing Coordinator to support both
companies in all aspects of operations and communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Marketing, public relations, media relations
•    Basic accounting and record-keeping
•    Box office and merchandise supervision
•    Manage contractual agreements with CAEA, playwrights, etc.
•    Administrative support

QUALIFICATIONS
•    Strong administrative and accounting skills
•    Proven expertise in creative marketing and/or ability to leverage
strong connections within the community
•    Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing
•    Experience with customer relation databases is an asset
•    Experience with basic graphic design or websites is an asset
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills
•    Attention to detail and ability to multi-task

STRUCTURE
This is a permanent, full-time position reporting to the Managing Director
and based at the Bauer Theatre at StFX University. General working hours are
9-5, Monday-Friday, with room for occasional flex time. Compensation will be
based on experience, and will include applicable benefits.
