Additional information:
Theatre Prospero of Edmonton will be holding auditions for our November 2017
Frog Lake and Edmonton co-production with Yellowknife’s Akpik Theatre of
Reneltta Arluk's Cree adaptation of Macbeth.
Dates of Audition:
• Saturday April 15th Edmonton from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Place is TBD
at this time
• Tuesday April 18th Regina Saskatchewan at The Globe Theatre 12:30 p.m.
to 5:30 p.m.
This engagement will be under an Equity agreement.
Cree speakers, and actors with an intimate understanding of Cree Culture and
history are particularly encouraged to audition.
Auditionees are encouraged to prepare any type of monologue drawn from the
classical repetoire or auditionees may prepare and tell a poem or
traditional story.
There will also be the option for auditionees to demonstrate a special skill
such as singing or dancing for those who wish to.
Auditionees will be provided with sides from the script to prepare as well.

Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Artists cast
