All Equity members in good standing are encouraged to attend the National
Annual General Meeting (NAGM) in Toronto, Ontario.

Date: Monday, February 27, 2017
Time: 7:00-10:00 p.m. (Doors open at 6:30 p.m.)

ACT I
• Reports from the Council President and Executive Director, with updates on
current initiatives. These reports will be recorded and available to all
members on Equity's website at a later date.
• Receipt of the audited financial statements and appointment of the auditor
for the coming year • Reports on Council committee activities
• Member resolutions, if any*

ACT II
• Launch of 'Not In OUR Space!' campaign

A portion of the evening will be devoted to unveiling the NOT IN OUR SPACE!
campaign which is being rolled out in collaboration with the Professional
Association of Canadian Theatres (PACT). Equity and PACT are joining forces
to support members and PACT engagers in making professional live performance
spaces free from harassment. Details of the campaign will be revealed
followed by a presentation about harassment in live performance spaces.

Equity members, please remember to bring your up-to-date membership card to
show at the door.
