as well as participate in a mock dance call (open to all levels)

Ever wonder why you have to go to the bathroom three times in five minutes
before an audition? Why your knees shake, your forehead shines, your voice
trembles, and your mouth goes dry?

this 3-hour workshop explores the physiological aspects of Fight/Flight, and
gives participants tools to deal with the symptoms.
