• Reports from the Council President and Executive Director, with updates on
current initiatives. These reports will be recorded and available to all
members on Equity's website at a later date.
• Receipt of the audited financial statements and appointment of the auditor
for the coming year
• Reports on Council committee activities
• Member resolutions, if any*

• Launch of NOT IN OUR SPACE campaign
• Presentation on addressing harassment in the workplace
