Persephone Theatre is looking for a talented and passionate individual to
fill the full-time position of Artistic Associate. The chosen candidate will
be part of the senior staff that reports directly to the Artistic Director
and General Manager. The Artistic Associate is directly responsible for the
management of Persephone Youth programming, assists the Artistic Director
with planning and administrative duties, and has shared responsibility for a
portfolio of work under literary management and communications.

This is not an entry level position but one that utilizes and builds the
skills and knowledge required of an artistic director.Applications and
