Ethno-cultural mandate or ethno-cultural casting statement: Rainbow Stage is
interested in casting actors of all ethnicity for Principal & Supporting
Roles.  We strongly encourage submissions from artists who self-identify
with any ethno-cultural background.

Additional information:

Audition Requirements:
One contemporary monologue (1 minute maximum in length)
One song from the standard musical theatre repertoire that shows off vocal
range and abilities (there will be an accompanist provided; no a cappella
auditions and no CDs).

Should there be an opportunity for children age 15 and under in our 2018
season, details and requirements will be announced at a later date, so
please do not submit at this time. Actors are invited to apply for an
audition time by sending an electronic copy of their resumé and headshot to
Jessica Holt, Executive Assistant auditions at rainbowstage.ca

Please Include ‘General Auditions’ in the subject line

Artists whose work is familiar to Ray Hogg will not be required to do a
general audition, but should submit a letter of interest, an up-to-date
headshot and a resume to auditions at rainbowstage.ca .

In an effort to reduce paper consumption through the submissions process,
Rainbow Stage is only accepting electronic submissions. Please do not submit
any hard copy materials; they will be recycled without review.

Priority will be given to Equity Artists. Equity members will be seen first
at all open audition calls. Artists cast in the 2018 season will be engaged
under an Equity form of contract. Equity members please bring your member
cards to the audition.
