Discord and Din Theatre actively encourages and seeks submissions from
applicants of all backgrounds.

Additional information:
Discord and Din Theatre in association with Seventh Stage Productions will
be producing Cordelia Lynn's LELA & CO. at The Theatre Centre BMO Incubator,
directed by MJ Shaw.

MALE LEAD (multiple roles). 35-50 year old male, open ethnicity. Looking for
a strong and versatile actor who can play four distinct roles: Father, Jay
(Brother in law), Husband and Peacekeeper. LELA & CO. is a challenging and
rewarding two-hander that will require an actor who can play a range from
innocent and kind, to dark and violent. This piece takes place during an
unknown war (ours will call upon the Bosnian Serbian war), whereby the men
act as memories and contradictions to Lela’s retelling of her horrific tale.

REHEARSALS (3 weeks): Monday August 28th to Saturday September 16th,
12:00pm - 5:00pm daily, Sundays off.

TECH WEEK: Tuesday September 19th, Wednesday September 20th, Thursday,
September 21st 10am - 10pm (10 of 12s)

RUN: September 21st-October 8, 2017

PAYMENT: ITA G-house weekly $628 x 6 weeks

We will be holding auditions on Tuesday June 28th. Should you be selected
for an audition, you will be contacted with an appointment.
