ROLES:

Hannah – Late-teens/early 20s. Dutiful Amish daughter, who snaps and escapes
to the modern world. Must have a solid mix to a D.

Ruth – Late-teens/early 20s. Hannah’s twin. Interested in agriculture and
little else. Though terrified, Ruth accompanies Hannah to the modern world.
Must have a solid mix to a D.

Cinnamon – 40s - 60s. The meanest woman in town with a razor sharp tongue.

Skor – Early 20s. Streetwise and scrappy, taken care of himself his whole
life. Now lives with, and works for, Cinnamon, but longs for a place he can
truly call home. Tenor role, sings to high A

Samuel – Late-teens/early 20’s. An eager, earnest Amish young man, madly in
love with Hannah.

Larry – 50s/60s. A gout-ridden gent with a proclivity for younger women.
Kind, yet wildly inappropriate.

Gloria – 50s/60s. An aging beauty, Gloria’s life has gone downhill since
developing glaucoma and losing her looks.

Tawnie – 20s/30s. A nasty drug dealer. Ruthless and willing to cut anyone
who gets in her way.

Reggie – 20s/30s. Tawnie’s boyfriend and lackey, as brainless as he is
whipped.
