[CANUFNET] Heritage / private tree bylaws

Hello all-
 
The City of Kelowna currently does not have a bylaw protecting
"heritage" or "significant" trees but we are looking at possibly
developing one.
 
If your city has such a bylaw, could you please send me a link to the
bylaw?  Also if you have any additional comments or information that
would be appreciated.
